JOIN A PILATES CLASS  
Pilates is for anyone, and is a great workout for the whole body.  Focusing of improving your core strength, balance, posture and generally tone up your entire body.  
 
Join our PILATES CLASSES which are available both day and night on Wednesday evenings and Thursday mornings.   Kerry is qualified instructor of both mat classes and with the use and instruction of a reformer bed.
 
Our Pilates mat classes are held in our Berwick studio where numbers are kept small, so only the best instruction, observation and assistance can be offered.
