JOIN A PILOXERCISE CLASS  
Piloxercise is for anyone, and is a great workout for the whole body.  It's a half hour of BOXING and half hour of PILATES, the best of both!  Focusing on cardio fitness & burning fat, improving your core strength, balance, posture and generally tone up your entire body.  
 
PILOXERCISE CLASSES which are currently running on Tuesday night at 6:30pm but will move to Monday night at 7:00pm & Tuesday night, still at 6:30pm next term.   Kerry is a qualified level 1 & 2 Boxing Instructor and both mat & reformer Pilates Instructor.  Also currently running on a Friday morning at 9:30am.  The location is the beautiful Wilson Botanic Park in Berwick.
 
Our Piloxercise classes are currently held in our Berwick studio where numbers are kept small, so only the best instruction, observation and assistance can be offered.  Next term we will be operating out of Wilson Botanical Park.
